Amendment 13 and your privacy rights
Amendment 13 to the Privacy Protection Law updated, among other things, the notification obligations and the supervision and enforcement mechanisms. This page concentrates the site's notice and the way to contact to exercise rights.
There is no need to "confirm the law" to play. Choosing local storage is a separate choice and is not a waiver of your rights.
Notification according to section 11
- Who is responsible: The site operator rts-gamer.com; For inquiries: admin@rts-gamer.com.
- Information and objectives: technical application data for activation and security; Saving game and preferences on the device only according to your choice; and correspondence details if you contact the operator.
- Who may have access: The operator and the storage and email providers as far as this is required for their service, and authorized parties if there is a delivery obligation by law. The local game save is not sent to the server by the game code.
- Permission and obligation: There is no legal obligation to provide details to play. Without local save permission you can play but not save continuity for the next visit. Network data is necessary to load the site; Applying by email is not mandatory.
Reviewing and correcting information
Subject to the provisions of the law, it is possible to request to review personal information about you held in a database, according to section 13. If the information is not correct, complete, clear or updated, it is possible to request that it be corrected or deleted according to section 14. The scope of the rights and exceptions is determined by law; This does not mean an automatic right to delete any record in any situation.
How do you apply?

In order to protect the information, proportional identity verification may be required before it is delivered. A request will be processed in accordance with the instructions and deadlines established by law.
Battle data saved only in the browser is not available to the operator from the game server. They can be removed by turning off local storage or deleting site data in the browser.
